RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Sable and Nacre, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our demi-fine jewellery. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@sableandnacre.com with your order number.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for a different size or style within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Please contact our team to arrange an exchange.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Personalised or engraved pieces, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and items purchased during sale events are final sale and cannot be returned.
